This User Agreement (“Agreement“) is a contract between DATS Project (“DATS” or “we” or “us“) and you (the “User” or “you“). Our platform is designed to provide cybersecurity-focused decentralized computing power marketplace with a Share-to-Earn model. By accessing or using our website at www.datsproject.io, including but not limited to downloading and/or using of DATS Project’s desktop application, (the “Website“), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Acceptance of Terms
You accept this Agreement, as well as all terms, conditions, and policies referred to herein or accessible through the Website, by using the Website. You must immediately stop using the Website if you disagree with any of the terms or conditions of this Agreement.
User Conduct
As a User, you undertake to use the Website in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations in your region. You commit not to use the Website in any way that violates the rights of others or serves any illegal or abusive purpose.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of United States without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any legal action or proceeding resulting from or connected to this Agreement must be filed in the Republic of United States state or federal courts.
Changes to the Agreement and Website
DATS reserves the right to modify, correct, amend, enhance, improve, or discontinue this Website and the Agreement without notice. You also agree that the content on this Website may be changed, extended, or removed without notice. You are deemed to have accepted the modified Agreement and Website if you keep using the Website after any such modification. You agree that DATS is not liable to you or any third party for any Website modification, suspension, or discontinuation. You agree that DATS is not liable for changes-related errors or malfunctions.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and DATS with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and DATS.
